These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PinPoint Strategies website, educational programs, consultations, materials, resources, and related services.
By accessing this website, submitting information through the website, purchasing or enrolling in a program, scheduling a consultation, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or enroll in a PinPoint Strategies program.
About PinPoint Strategies
PinPoint Strategies provides educational programs and resources related to trading and financial markets.
Educational topics may include market structure, technical analysis, chart analysis, indicators, trading tools, risk management, trading discipline, market observation, trading psychology, and the development of a structured trading process.
PinPoint Strategies currently offers three primary educational experiences:
Foundation — the required introductory program and starting point of the PinPoint Strategies learning experience.
Collective — a group-based learning experience available after completion of Foundation.
Precision — a more individualized learning experience that includes personalized support in addition to the Collective experience.
Program descriptions, duration, schedules, pricing, availability, and included services are provided on the applicable program and enrollment pages.
Educational Purposes Only
All information, programs, materials, consultations, demonstrations, discussions, and other services provided by PinPoint Strategies are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
PinPoint Strategies does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice through its website or educational programs.
Nothing provided through our website, programs, consultations, classes, presentations, demonstrations, charts, examples, communications, educational materials, or other services should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, investment, or financial instrument.
Any discussion of securities, financial instruments, market activity, trading strategies, charts, indicators, or hypothetical transactions is provided for educational purposes.
Participants are solely responsible for evaluating information and making their own financial, investment, and trading decisions.

Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. PinPoint Strategies does not guarantee profits, successful trades, investment returns, or any specific financial outcome.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Examples, demonstrations, charts, and hypothetical scenarios are provided for educational purposes only.
Eligibility & Enrollment
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to enroll in PinPoint Strategies programs.
Foundation is the required first step in the PinPoint Strategies learning experience. Completion of Foundation is required before continuing into Collective or Precision unless otherwise authorized by PinPoint Strategies.
Enrollment is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
Full payment is required at enrollment unless otherwise stated.
All program sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Participants may discontinue participation at any time; however, discontinuing a program does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, transfer, or reimbursement for unused services.
Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, extensions, or replacement sessions.
Programs do not automatically renew. Continued participation after a program ends requires a separate enrollment or purchase.
PinPoint Strategies may reasonably reschedule or modify program sessions when necessary and will communicate material changes to affected participants.
Program Participation
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, participate respectfully, and comply with applicable program policies.
Additional requirements regarding attendance, scheduling, missed sessions, technology, and participation may be included in the PinPoint Strategies Policy Agreement.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
PinPoint Strategies educational materials, curriculum, presentations, strategies, resources, graphics, documents, videos, and other original content are protected intellectual property.
Materials are provided for the participant's personal educational use and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, published, sold, shared, or commercially used without written permission.
Participation may require execution of a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace the requirement to separately review and sign the NDA.
Consultations
PinPoint Strategies consultations are intended to discuss educational goals, program options, and the learning experience.
Consultations do not create an investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, legal, or other professional relationship and should not be interpreted as individualized investment advice.
Third-Party Services
PinPoint Strategies may use or reference third-party platforms, payment processors, trading tools, charting software, or other services.
PinPoint Strategies is not responsible for the availability, security, policies, fees, or performance of third-party services. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPoint Strategies is not responsible for trading or investment losses resulting from a participant's independent financial decisions or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its educational services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
PinPoint Strategies may update these Terms as its services or policies change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Privacy
Use of this website is also subject to the PinPoint Strategies Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and handled.
